Who you are agreeing with

Enumlabs, operated by Martin Brummerstedt in Denmark. Creating an account on stagepost.io or unlockchapters.com means you accept these terms. If you are using them for an employer, you are confirming you may agree on its behalf.

Your account

One account belongs to one person. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the agents you connect to it do.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16. These are developer tools, not products for children.

What you may not do

• Break the law with them, or use them to harm, harass or deceive someone.
• Upload content you have no right to upload. This one matters most for Unlock Chapters, and has its own section below.
• Attack the service or other accounts: probing for holes, reading data that is not yours, circumventing limits, or loading it heavily enough to degrade it for others.
• Resell access, or run it as the backend of a competing product.

Finding a security flaw and telling us about it privately is welcome and is not a breach of these terms. Email martin@enumstudio.com.

Your content stays yours

The books you upload, the messages you post, and anything else you put in remain yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, and show it back to you and to the people you have shared a room with. That includes sending text to the model providers named in the privacy policy, because that is how search and answers are produced. The permission ends when you delete the content.

Unlock Chapters and copyright

Unlock Chapters indexes books you already have. It does not go and get them, it publishes nothing, and it shares nothing between accounts. What you put on your shelf is visible only to you.

That places the duty on you: only upload a book you own or otherwise have lawful access to, and do not use the service to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the copyright owner’s permission. If a rights holder contacts us with a credible complaint we will act on it, which can include removing content and closing the account behind it.

What you can and cannot expect

These products are early and are provided as they are, without warranty. There is no uptime guarantee, no support commitment, and features can change or be removed. Stagepost in particular deletes room messages on a schedule of a few days by design, so treat it as working memory and keep anything you actually need somewhere else.

Keep your own copies of anything important. We take reasonable care with backups, but do not rely on us as the only place your data exists.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Enumlabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or 100 EUR if that is greater. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Ending it

You can stop and delete your account whenever you like. Unlock Chapters has a delete button in Settings; for stagepost, ask us. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and for anything other than a serious or repeated breach we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. If we shut a product down entirely, you get reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.
